The working part of the mobile jaw crusher is two jaw plates, one is the fixed jaw plate, which is vertically fixed on the front wall of the body, the other is the movable jaw plate, which is inclined in the position and form of the upper and lower small crushing cavity to fix the jaw plate.When working, the motor drives the belt and pulley, making the claw move up and down through the eccentric shaft.As the claw rises, the Angle between the bracket and the claw becomes larger.As the jaw moves downward, the Angle between the knee plate and the jaw decreases, and the jaw plate leaves the fixed jaw plate under the action of the pull bar and spring.At this point, the crushing material is discharged from the lower mouth of the crushing chamber.With the continuous rotation of the motor, the movable clamping jaw makes periodic reciprocating movement to the fixed clamping jaw, sometimes approaching, sometimes leaving, through the extrusion, crushing and unloading of materials, realizing mass production.
